Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. New memo shows FDR unfit to remain president



(CBS News) - A newly released memo shows that a Boston doctor who examined FDR in 1944 said he did not believe the president was fit to complete a fourth term. Katie Couric reports.
