The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Pilot Identified in High Point Plane Crash

Two killed after plane crashed into High Point home

HIGH POINT, NC (WGHP) —
Investigators have identified the pilot killed in a plane crash in High Point on Wednesday.

Marcia Salmon-Keaton, 50, of Fuquay-Varina, was identified as the pilot of a plane that crashed into a home in High Point. Salmon-Keaton, along with Thomas Littlejohn III of Winston-Salem, a longtime physician and investigator of clinical research trials, both died in the crash.

Salmon-Keaton and Thomas Littlejohn were the only two in the plane.
