The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Chad Ochocinco Nearly Got Killed By A Bull Last [Friday] Night

(By Dan Fogarty, SportsGrid) - Chad Ochocinco, in the midst of his campaign to become a multi-obscure-sport star, promised last week that he would participate in a professional bull riding event.

Well, last [Friday] night it happened. And although this morning’s reports of Chad’s ride on “Deja Blu” were tongue-in-cheek (mostly of the Bull: 1, Chad: 0 variety), after watching video from last night’s PBR event in Atlanta, it’s hard not to notice that and NFL player almost got crushed by a 1,500-pound animal.
