Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. VIDEO: Scantily Clad Woman Steals Tow Truck, Leads Police on Chase

(Fox News Insider) - The 'Fox and Friends' gang just showed us this video of a half-dressed woman leading police on a chase after allegedly stealing a tow truck in California.
