The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. War Crimes Fugitive Mladic Arrested in Serbia



(Breitbart.tv) - Ratko Mladic, former Bosnian Serb commander who's been on the run for many years, has been arrested in Serbia, according to an announcement from the country's president.
