The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Casey Anthony Gets 4 Years for Lying; Could Be Out in Weeks



(AP) - A judge sentences Casey Anthony to 4 years for lying to investigators in death of daughter. But because of time already served, she may be released from jail in late July or early August.
