GARDEN GROVE, Calif. (KTLA) - A Garden Grove woman was in court Wednesday to face charges of felony torture and aggravated mayhem for allegedly drugging her husband, cutting off his penis and grinding it up in a garbage disposal.
Catherine Kieu Becker, 48, made her first court appearance, but did not enter a plea.
