Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Liberal Rep. Frederica Wilson (D-FL) Cites 'Racism' To Explain Black Unemployment



(MRC TV) - Dem congresswoman Frederica Wilson of Florida cites "racism" first among causes of high black unemployment. She also calls for a second stimulus, says now is not the time to criticize President Obama, takes a sideways swipe at Maxine Waters and asserts President Obama would be defeated for re-election if he tried to help the black community.
