(Fox Nation) - Laura Ingraham joins O'Reilly on the 'Factor' to discuss the Cain camp blaming the Perry campaign for the harassment leak.

Ingraham says she thinks these blame-game tactics make life really easy for President Obama and Mitt Romney.
