Newt Gingrich on Fire Skewers Obama Repeatedly: “I Actually Do Study History, and Unlike the President, I Study American History” – Video 11/25/11

(Freedom's Lighthouse) - Here is video of Newt Gingrich yesterday in Naples, Florida, where he mocked President Obama by saying that he would allow him to “use a teleprompter” in the “seven Lincoln-Douglas style debates” Gingrich will challenge Obama to in the 2012 Election Campaign. Gingrich said he would do so because he “wants to be fair,” and then quipped, “If you had to defend ObamaCare, wouldn’t you want to use a teleprompter?”

Gingrich then explained why he thinks Obama will take the debate challenge. He said one reason is Obama’s “ego.” Gingrich cited Obama’s Ivy League credentials, and then said, “How is he going to say he’s afraid to be on the same podium with a West Georgia college teacher.”
