The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. (Breitbart.tv) - In an ad titled "Home for the Holidays: Share Why You're Working to Re-elect President Obama," the campaign provides ideas on how to spread the good news of President Obama. Ideas include sharing speeches on family members' facebook walls or forwarding them in emails and starting conversations about politics while at home.
