The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. (Fox Nation) - On the ‘Factor’, O’Reilly spoke with Dennis Miller about his recent appearance on ‘The Tonight Show’ with Jay Leno when he was asked about the ‘war on women’.

Miller sounded off on Sandra Fluke and the liberal's 'war on women', saying ‘stop whining about birth control'.
