Hey Strother: You're right, the issue of marriage should be left up to the states since marriage isn't mentioned in the Constitution, but the problem is these unelected judges are overturning the laws passed by these state legislatures. We can debate the pros & cons of a constitutional amendment defining marriage, but at least amending the Constitution is a legislative process, unlike unelected judges creating laws & rights from the bench. ... I hope that makes sense.
