The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. (CNSNews.com) - NARAL Pro-Choice America says it "regrets" that so many people have "misconstrued our recent advertisement" about the record of Supreme Court nominee John Roberts -- and announced it will change the ad.
