Stokes County commissioner accused of breaking code

Does Jimmy Walker ever mention about his conflict of interest when he talks about the health department???

From Sherry Youngquist of the Winston-Salem Journal:

One Stokes County commissioner has accused another of violating the board's code of ethics policy, saying that accusatory remarks made to the county health director in open meetings were out of line.

Commissioner Sandy McHugh filed a formal complaint this week against Commissioner Jimmy Walker. She said that Walker violated a code of ethics policy that was signed by all five commissioners upon taking their oath of office.
