Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

When did I say that???

Hey B: Where did I say it was "anti-American"??? With what Strother said below, I said it comes across like a "bash America" album... Strother said the Green Day album was "less of a commentary on the Iraq War as it is an examination of American 'values' (or the lack thereof)..." I formed an opinion with what Strother said... Again, I didn't say anything about it being "anti-American." :-)
