Round and round
On that note: you've made my point. It is possible to find some "agreeable" aspects in any philosophy if you study it closely.
I don't actually know what point you think I made for you. What you say here is somewhat self-evident, but not universally true. For example, does what you say apply to Nazism as well? But you are either gliding by, or trying to get your readers to glide by the important issue: Because a particular philosophy has some aspects you find agreeable, does that mean you should embrace the entire philosophy? Intellectual integrity and simple ethics preclude that.
I'm just doing the same to you as you did to me. Frustrating, isn't it?
Not particularly. Frustrating is when you accuse me of something I didn't do and then ignore me when I challenge you to provide evidence. I see nowhere that I have accused you of being hidebound to any single person's philosophy. But I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for your evidence. I guess I should just assume that when you don't provide it, it doesn't exist.
