Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Broadband internet access for all!!! :-)

Anytime a business or an individual becomes successful, liberal Democrats want to punish it, either through more regulations or through higher taxes. One day, they go after the tobacco companies, then the next, they go after oil companies, and now, they are going after Wal-Mart... It never ends with these people.

I'm still trying to find where it says that we have a constitutional right to broadband internet. In Collinstown where I live, we don't have broadband internet access, but I don't believe the government should force companies to provide it for me... That's nonsense.
