Lieberman: Call Me a Democrat

So will he count as a Democrat or an independent who caucuses with the majority Democrats? In an e-mail message late Thursday, Lieberman spokesman Dan Gerstein said the senator will begin his new term as a Democrat.

I've lost a lot of respect for Lieberman... He filed to run for re-election as a Democrat, gets beat in the primary, quickly files to run in the general election as an Independent, wins, and now he's back to being a Democrat. For a guy who likes to proclaim that he's above politics, the games that he played this past election year was disheartening.
