Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Aide: Corzine Apparently Not Wearing Seat Belt

CAMDEN, N.J. (WNBC.com) -- New Jersey Gov. Jon S. Corzine apparently wasn't wearing a seat belt during a crash that left him in critical condition, a spokesman said Friday.
