Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

YOUR FACTS ARE INCORRECT. THE BOND WAS FOR $50,000.00--NOT $500,000.00. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT OR FACE POSSIBLE LITIGATION. TYPICAL FOR AN UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION SEEKING ONLY TO HUMILIATE AND SENSATIONALIZE AND INFLAME THE PUBLICE AGAINST AN INDIVIDUAL WHOSE GUILT OR INNOCENSE HAD NOT YET BEEN ESTABLISHED.
