Bully Pulpit
The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

First we find out that Joe Biden, a constitutional law professor, can’t identify the part of the Constitution that establishes the legislative branch of the federal government. Today we find out that Biden can’t count, either. I guess our educational system really does need an overhaul.
The best part of this is the gales of laughter that override the applause Biden gets for … well, being Biden. The funniest part of this clip is how Biden spells out the word after claiming it has only three letters. I’m guessing that Biden and Barack Obama both consider BS to be one letter, which makes sense after seeing how much they toss it around on the campaign trail.
