Harry Reid: Don't Cry for the Insurance Industry
(CNSNews.com) - Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, talking about health-care reform legislation, told reporters that Americans should not 'cry great big tears' for the insurance industry.
The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda.
