Another Bow From President Barack Obama For Presidents Of Other Countries

This time it appears to be the Premier of the Communist Leader of China, Hu Jintao. The summit for Nuclear Security began with the leaders meeting, shaking hands, and apparently a bow from Barack Obama. This Nuclear Summit was called by President Barack Obama for forty seven countries. Turkey and Egypt have put forth the issue of the assumed nuclear power of Israel amongst them. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has elected not to attend the Nuclear Summit.
