Kevin Costner: Machine Could Have Kept Gulf Oil Spill Offshore



(CNSNews.com) - Actor Kevin Costner said Wednesday that a machine he invested more than $20 million to help develop could have kept spilt oil offshore in the Gulf had it been deployed soon enough.
