Sen. Jeff Sessions: Kagan's View on Abortion 'Troubling'



(CNSNews.com) - Sen. Jeff Sessions (R.-Ala.) would not say if Elena Kagan's view that abortion is a constitutional right will cause him to vote against her, but he said it is 'troubling.'
