Bill Clinton Blames Dumb Voters for Harry Reid's Troubles

Former President Bill Clinton comes to Vegas to campaign for Reid

Las Vegas (KTNV) - Leading up to the November election and Senator Harry Reid is getting help from some high profile democrats in his bid for re-election.

Tuesday night at Valley High School former President Bill Clinton packed the seats.

First to take the podium for the rally, surprisingly, LA Laker Ron Artest. Reid came out to a roar of cheers, but he only spoke for ten to fifteen minutes.

Clearly Clinton was the star of the show, speaking for more than half an hour. Touching on everything from social security, to healthcare, to jobs. He also spoke on how tight the Reid Angle race is right now.

He says in normal times Reid's record would have him up 25 points in a race like this.

"The only reason this is a tough race is because its a tough time. People are having a tough time and they're frightened and confused and they're mad. Its hard to think," former President Bill Clinton says.

President Obama will be in town next week to continue the campaign for Reid. While Reid is on schedule to debate Sharon Angle this Thursday evening.
