Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

MSNBC's Contessa Brewer Promotes Electric Car Charging Stations as Parent Company GE Sells Them



(Eyeblast.tv) - MSNBC anchor Contessa Brewer did a story for the network's "Green Week" touting Houston, Texas creating a network of electric car charging stations. At the same time, the NBC parent company General Electric has been running commercials selling its own electric car charging stations.
