The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Obama White House Hands Out 111 Obamacare Waivers

(The Blast) - As yet another stunning example of the ‘transparency’ of the Obama White House, a discovery has been made 'six full clicks' into the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services website in which you’ll find that 111 waivers are being handed out to certain companies.

Unfortunately, as Gateway Pundit points out , if you’re a small business or you don’t have the right connections you can’t get a waiver for your company.
