The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Cop Caught on Video Stepping on Inmate’s Neck



(Breitbart.tv) - The sheriff's dept. in Maricopa County, Ariz. is investigating one of its own after seeing surveillance video of a detention officer stepping on the neck of a restrained inmate. The officer resigned following his arrested on several charges.
