The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. MSNBC's Joe Scarborough Hails Obama for Being the 'Adult' in Dealing With the GOP



(Eyeblast.tv) - MSNBC's Joe Scarborough challenged the Republican congressional leaders to admit their faults in dealing with Obama the last two years. Meanwhile, he praised the President for telling the GOP he should have reached out to them more, and said that he acted like the "adult" during the process.
