Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Chicago Bears Fans Burn QB Jay Cutler’s Jersey After Loss

They’re Already Burning Jay Cutler Jerseys In Chicago

After Chicago’s 21-14 NFC Championship loss to the Green Bay Packers, it looks like Bears fans are looking for someone to blame. And that someone is Jay Cutler.

Cutler suffered a knee injury in the first half of today’s game, and never returned. But some openly questioned the severity of the injury, and whether he could have played through whatever pain he was suffering.

Fans were seen attempting to burn Cutler’s jersey outside of Soldier Field shortly after the loss:
