The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Security Footage: Toddlers Caught in Middle of Violent Bus Fight



LINCOLN, Neb. (KETV.com) - Lincoln police said a bus brawl that was caught on tape all stemmed from a running argument over online postings.

Imani Collins, 20, turned herself into police. She was cited for assault, disturbing the peace, and child abuse. Authorities said Collins’ three-year-old daughter was on the bus at the time of the incident.

Marsha Lewis, 20, also turned herself in Friday for the incident. Lewis was cited for assault, child neglect and disturbing the peace by fighting.
