Rush Limbaugh Describes CNN’s Mission: “Getting Obama Re-Elected”

(By Mark Joyella, Mediaite) - The way Rush Limbaugh sees it, CNN’s Nic Robertson was working overtime in Egypt trying to get people to compliment President Obama. On his radio show Monday, Limbaugh spent seven minutes talking about Robertson’s reporting from Egypt, particularly a segment where the correspondent asked Egyptians if they had a message for the president. Or, as Limbaugh described it, “Nic Robertson’s out there trying to get kudos for Obama.”

“What does CNN care about the Egyptian people? They’ve got a job to do, they’ve got to get Obama re-elected. That’s what they’re out there trying to do. What? I’m going to get in trouble for making fun of the way Egyptians- I’m not trying to make fun of anybody here. I’m trying to distinguish their voice from Nic Robertson’s. If I get in trouble for this, people are wound too tight.”
