Woman Hits Pedestrian With Car; Ends With Her Being Arrested Naked

(AP) - Philadelphia police say a woman who struck a pedestrian while making a U-turn on a busy street was nude when officers approached her. It is unclear if she was naked ahead of the accident or if she stripped just before police got to her car.
