Bill Maher: 'Every Black Person Scares Republicans Unless They Look Like Urkel, Talk Like Colin Powell and Wear Bill Cosby Sweaters'

After telling his "Real Time" audience, "Governing this country with Republicans is like rooming with a meth addict," he dubbed the entire Party as racist saying, "Every black person scares you unless they look like Urkel, talk like Colin Powell and wear Bill Cosby sweaters":
