Church Purchases Organ After 26 Years of Donations

KING, NC (WGHP) — A church in King is celebrating a new pipe organ that was purchased after taking donations for 26 years.

The King Moravian Church in King installed the new organ this week after two decades of donations and hard work.

"It wasn't one person that said 'Here's a lot of money,' everybody had to help. It was a goal so big, no one person could pay for it. It really took a generation to pay for it," said Rev. Neil Routh.
