The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Man Wearing Daisy Dukes At NASCAR Event Is The Most Disturbing Thing Of The Day

A shirtless, cowboy-hat-wearing, Daisy Duke’d NASCAR fan Peacocked his way through Texas Motor Speedway on [Saturday], and he quickly became the belle of the ball.

“You can take the boy out of the trailer,” said the terrifying man. “But you can’t take the trailer out of the boy.”
