Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Obama Deficit Plan: Higher Taxes



(Breitbart.tv) - Yes, as shocking as it may sound, President Obama is poised to release his deficit reduction plan (yes the deficit the he is responsible for ballooning in the first place) and it includes a plan to "tax the rich". He's just full of so many new ideas, isn't he?
