The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Obama Friend Bobby Titcomb Arrested for Soliciting Prostitute



(Breitbart.tv) - One of Pres. Barack Obama's friends has been arrested in Honolulu on suspicion of soliciting a prostitute. Bobby Titcomb was one of four men arrested in an undercover sting operation Monday and later released on $500 bail, according to police.
