Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

This is Why You Don’t Play With Sharks — Even Out of Water

(By Jonathon M. Seidl, The Blaze) - Just because a shark is out of water, doesn‘t mean it can’t do what sharks do — bite. This guy learned that the hard way while posing with a cute, cuddly mini-jaws.

It‘s ironic that one of the guy’s friends advises, “Don’t get your hand near that mouth,” and then it seems the same friends says moments later, “He’s just a baby.” Famous last words:
