Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. ‘Shots Fired! Shots Fired!’ Dash-Cam Rolls as Man Opens Fire on Police

(By Jonathon M. Seidl, The Blaze) - Police in Tomah, WI have been cleared after they shot and killed a man who opened fire on them during a wild police chase at the end of April. One of the officers was hurt in the incident, which was all captured on a police cruiser’s dash-cam:
