Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Video Shows Wisconsin Woman Literally Blown Away While Trying To Find Shelter From Storm

(By Jon Bershad, Mediaite) - As if we haven’t gotten more than enough examples of nature’s might these past few months, here’s yet another. In Wisconsin last week, Dana Strouf, a young woman, tried to seek shelter in a gas station during a massive storm last week but found the winds to be too much for her. The entire event was caught by a surveillance camera.
