Analyst Predicts Hagan Will Be Obama's Surprise VP Choice in 2012
GREENSBORO, NC (WGHP) — A political analyst has predicted Kay Hagan will be President Obama's vice presidential running mate in 2012.
Alan Steinberg, who writes at PolitickerNJ.com, wrote about a series of events that could lead to Hagan be chosen for the position.
Steinberg said he believes Obama will announce before the 2012 election that he will appoint Vice President Joe Biden as his Secretary of State to replace Hillary Clinton. Clinton has indicated she will not return for another term. Then, he says Obama will tap Hagan two weeks before the Democratic convention in Charlotte.
