The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Conservative Sen Marco Rubio (R-FL) Skewers Sen Harry Reid (D-NV) On Senate Floor



(Fox Nation) - U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) said that no budget had been proposed in the senate chamber for 822 days. He said he knew all along that Democrats would try to force a last minute debt vote.
