The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Blooper: TV News Anchor Hits Co-Host in Head with Laptop After Delivering Segment on How WIFI Damages Sperm

(By Tiffany Gabbay, The Blaze) - Watch ABC World News Now anchor Rob Nelson accidentally hit his co-anchor Sunny Hostin in the head with a laptop in this off-the cuff blooper. Strangely, Nelson had just concluded a segment on why WIFI might damage sperm in men when he closed his laptop, picked it up, and accidentally clipped the back of Hostin’s head. The two started laughing hysterically.
