The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Rick Perry: Uproot And Overhaul Washington



(Breitbart.tv) - Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry is laying out how he would "uproot and overhaul" Washington. If elected, he would end lifetime appointments for federal judges, slash the pay for Congress members and dismantle three federal agencies.
