Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

CNN Prime Time Anchor Piers Morgan To Andrew Breitbart: ‘You Are Notoriously Evil’



(Breitbart.tv) - In the midst of an otherwise straight-forward appearance on CNN, Andrew Breitbart was bizarrely addressed by host Piers Morgan as being "notoriously evil about almost everybody." After Breitbart responded that Morgan didn't really know him and that they had spent "maybe eight seconds together" in the past, Morgan responded "it was a long eight seconds."
