Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

Is This ‘the Greatest Bowling Blooper Clip of All Time?’

And it probably involves a lot of uncles and fathers, not professional bowlers. What am I talking about? I’m talking about the clip of professional bowler Josh Blanchard tumbling over himself while trying to take a shot during an ESPN-televised bowling event.
