Bully Pulpit

The term "bully pulpit" stems from President Theodore Roosevelt's reference to the White House as a "bully pulpit," meaning a terrific platform from which to persuasively advocate an agenda. Roosevelt often used the word "bully" as an adjective meaning superb/wonderful. The Bully Pulpit features news, reasoned discourse, opinion and some humor.

DNC Losing Control

It's kind of amusing to watch the Democrats finally have their own little public implosion. That kind of activity is usually reserved to the GOP. Right about now would be a good time for one or more third parties to get their collective acts together and rip the rug out from under the Republicrats.
